Please note: For custom or bulk candle orders I have a no money=no pour policy, and I will not begin the making process until the full payment is received. That being said, if you need your candles for an event/specific time or date – expect to send your request and payment well in advance (2-3 weeks+ prior depending on size of order, location & shipping times) to ensure it gets to you on time. Once your order is placed officially you’ll receive an order number as well as an invoice that covers the product and shipping costs via email.
It is also important to note that if a bulk order is placed via the website rather than one of the above options, no discount will be received and an invoice for the extra shipping cost will be sent via email. Failure to pay this fee will result in order cancellation.
